JJ Engineering looks forward with new website

The Birmingham based metal pressings and engineering firm JJ Engineering are looking to a promising New Year with a number of new customers on the horizon and have unveiled their new website to more accurately represent the forward looking nature of the company.    The site replaces the existing website which had been in use for 10 years.  Designed by their in-house IT team, over-seen by Kevin Swallow, Business Manager, the new site at http://www.jjeng.co.uk has been updated with new documents and product gallery as well as links to details of the work performed for some of their high profile customers.

Speaking about the new site, Mark Hadley, Business Manager (Quality and Environmental) commented: “The style of the site is far more in keeping with our company today.  We have already had positive feedback form our customers.  They have found the site to be far more user friendly and more reflective of the cutting edge nature of our business.”

The new website is part of a series of new marketing materials that JJ Engineering is unveiling in the New Year.  They are set to produce a range of printed leaflets for both existing and new customers.

Specialising in the manufacture of quality, technically demanding pressings and welded assemblies that are manufactured using a variety of metals and finishes, JJ Engineering supply to customers predominantly in the automotive, oil exploration and filtration sectors.  They are also successfully TS16949 Quality and ISO 14001 Environmental Management Systems accredited.

The firm’s 40 years of success has been built upon a sound foundation of continual investment in new plant and equipment, the considerable skill of their employees and a loyal customer base. 

The firm offers high or low volume manufacturing capacity with a range of processes, including power press capability up to 350 tonnes.  They are well equipped to produce components from cut blank and coiled strip material by progression and single operation tooling sets.  

Alongside this, JJ Engineering also offers a range of ancillary operations, which include: drilling, milling, pitch-feed tapping, riveting, resistance welding, CO² and programmable robotic welding.  They also offer component assembly operations together with sub contracted finishing operations such as electro-phoretic painting, powder coating, anodising, polishing and electro- plating.
